The Cashel USA Syndicate Series has been established to invest in the residential foreclosure market within the Unites States of America. The primary aim of Syndicate Trusts is to acquire and rehabilitate residential real estate that has the best possible opportunity to generate a consistent attractive rental yield and ultimately recover in value. Each syndicate has an indicative term of approximately 5 years, during which the investment strategy will be to acquire, rehabilitate, generate attractive rental yields and exit it's property portfolio. Investors will benefit from a quarterly distribution of the net rental yield, a return of capital if the syndicate is successful in procuring appropriate leverage once invested and tenanted and through exposure to potential gains from a US property recovery and any US dollar appreciation against the Australian dollar. Syndicates are typically unhedged for currency movements. Following on from the success of the first two syndicates the third fund was launched on 4th July 2012.
